Unfortunately, our kitchen site is closed to the public and will be open when safe to do so.
DO YOU HOLD THE RELEVANT TRAINING REQUIREMENT?
We hold all relevant food safety and hygiene training and certifications.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS THE DELIVERY WINDOW?
Our courier will attempt to deliver at the Delivery Address provided. If they fail to get hold of the recipient your Box will be delivered to a neighbour. You will be notified of these attempts via text message or via the email address provided (together with a photograph of your box delivered).
By purchasing online, you agree that you have confirmed the delivery postcode is within the Postal Codes we cover (below). Also you are confirming you have selected the correct delivery address and date.
Please note that an admin fee will be payable should we need to make changes to your date (subject to our availability). Please notify us of any changes as soon as possible via email or phone (at least 24 hours before the original selected delivery date). If you have any further enquiries, please contact us by email or by phone.
HOW DO YOU DELIVER?
All our products are freshly made on the day and we can only hand deliver our products.
CAN I KEEP THE PRODUCT OUT WHEN IT ARRIVES?
We ask that you put the product in the fridge and to remove the outer packaging an hour before serving (or closer to the serving time) to keep the product fresh.
HOW LONG WILL THE PRODUCT LAST?
All orders are made on the day and lasts between 2 to 3 days after delivery.
HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU REQUIRE FOR A BOOKING?
Please give us two days’ notice. However, we may be able to accommodate last minute bookings send us a message on Instagram or complete the contact form and we will try our best to accommodate.
CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
We do not offer refunds but can offer a change of date for a booking, provided we have enough notice (minimum of 3 days) and availability for the new requested delivery date. During busy periods at the weekend (Friday to Sunday) we cannot offer date changes at short notice.
